Quality Assurance Team

LCEMS utilizes a peer-based Quality Assurance approach.  The team is made up of the Training Coordinator, the First Responder Coordinator, and a Paramedic from each shift.  All critical calls are reviewed, as well as calls identified by the Protocol Exception report.  QA is used to encourage exceptional treatment and documentation by all medics.

This team also interviews all potential employees and make recommendations to the Director
